No one enjoys chasing people for money. It’s a negative process that can quickly become volatile.
My mission is to assist small businesses by managing their accounts receivable function, and providing them with the tools required to effectively manage their ledger, to enhance overall profitability and allowing them to focus on achieving their objectives and goals.
I have over 30 years combined experience in Credit and Collections across several industries, including hospitality, technology, and FMCG (fast moving consumer goods), as well as an extensive background in legal debt recovery.
I enjoy the ever-changing pace of assisting Clients to maintain their profits by helping to increase their cash flow. I can help any business enhance their profitability without the need to increase staff levels in a specialised field. Being consistent is a great start.
I have previously worked at the Auckland District Court in various departments, and then moved to Bay Collection Agency Ltd, and later Creditcorp Services Ltd. My interest in legal debt recovery led to assisting Richard Birdsey in the legal chapters of his book titled ‘Credit Management in New Zealand’. Further knowledge was gained after moving to credit management roles outside the collection industry, which was invaluable to my success in collections for these corporate companies.
Having been involved in both debt collection and credit management, I have a great sense of justice and my attention to detail guarantees a consistent and professional approach to ledger management. I am focused on obtaining the best result for my Clients, without jeopardising business relationships.
